Przegląd Pediatryczny zamieszcza nie publikowane wcześniej prace z dziedziny pediatrii w języku polskim i angielskim:

	poglądowe (do 10 000 słów)
	oryginalne doświadczalne i kliniczne (do 6 000 słów)
	kazuistyczne (do 4 000 słów).

Ponadto pismo publikuje informacje Zarządu Głównego PTP i sekcji specjalistycznych towarzystw naukowych, sprawozdania ze zjazdów polskich i zagranicznych, listy do Redakcji, informacje na temat nowych leków i preparatów, jak również streszczenia artykułów z czasopism zagranicznych i recenzje książek, a także, w postaci suplementów, materiały naukowe z sympozjów i konferencji organizowanych przez sekcje PTP.

MASZYNOPIS

Praca winna być napisana jednostronnie w następującym układzie:

	Strona 1: Tytuł pracy w języku polskim i angielskim, pełne imiona i nazwiska autorów, instytucję z której praca pochodzi oraz adres do korespondencji, tel., fax, e-mail.
	Strona 2: Streszczenie odzwierciedlające treść i układ pracy (od 150 do 250 słów) oraz słowa kluczowe (3-10) w języku polskim.
	Strona 3: Streszczenie pracy (od 150 do 250 słów) oraz słowa kluczowe (3-10) w języku angielskim.
	Praca oryginalna winna składać się z następujących części: wstęp, materiały i metody, wyniki, dyskusja, wnioski.
	W tekście pomija się wszelkie materiały ilustracyjne, nie pozostawiając wolnych miejsc, stosując jedynie odpowiednie odwołania (np.: tab. 3, ryć. 2).
	Ryciny, tabele itp. winny znajdować się na osobnych stronach, zaopatrzone w tytuł pracy i nazwiska autorów. Zdjęcia należy wykonać na papierze błyszczącym.
	Należy dołączyć podpisane przez wszystkich autorów oświadczenie stwierdzające, że praca nie była publikowana ani przedłożona do druku w innym czasopiśmie.

PIŚMIENNICTWO

Piśmiennictwo powinno być wykazane wg kolejności cytowań a odnośniki w tekście ujęte w nawiasy okrągłe. Każda pozycja po­przedzona kolejnym numerem musi zaczynać się od nowego wiersza; nie należy stosować wcięć i tabulacji. Skróty tytułów czasopism powinny być zgodne ze skrótami stosowanymi w lndex Medicus. W opisach należy uwzględnić nazwiska oraz inicjały imion wszystkich autorów, tytuł artykułu, skrót tytułu czasopisma, rok, nr tomu, nr zeszytu, numery stron (pierwszej ostatniej). W przypadku książki: nazwiska oraz inicjały imion autorów, cytowany tytuł, „W:" „red." przed inicjałem imienia i nazwiskiem redaktora (w przypadku braku autora), tytuł książki, miejsce wydania, wydawca, rok wydania, nr tomu, numery stron (pierwszej i ostatniej).

DYSKIETKA

Tekst może być zredagowany w dowolnym edytorze. Czytelnie oznaczona dyskietka 3.5" zawierać powinna treść artykułu w postaci pliku w formacie użytego.) edytora oraz pliku w formacie txt (text only ASCII) a także osobne pliki zawierające tabele oraz ryciny z zaznaczeniem edytora w którym zostały wykonane.

	Nadsyłane do druku prace są oceniane przez niezależnych recenzentów.
	Prace nie spełniające wymogów regulaminu zostaną odesłane autorom.
	Redakcja zastrzega sobie prawo poprawiania usterek stylistycznych oraz dokonywania koniecznych skrótów bez porozumienia z autorem.
	Przyjęcie pracy do druku oznacza przejęcie praw autorskich przez Redakcję Przeglądu Pediatrycznego.

Przegląd Pediatryczny publishes articles not offered elsewhere and not published previously neither in Polish nor in English, in the field of pediatrics:

	review papers (no longer than 10 000 words)
	original papers (no longer than 6 000 words)
	case reports (no longer than 4 000 words)

In addition, the journal publishes announcements of the Central Board of Polish Pediatric Association and specialist sections of other scientific associations, reports from Polish and foreign conferences, letters to the Editor, book reviews, abstracts of foreign articles, in­formation on new drugs and supplements containing scientific materials from conferences and symposia organized by the sections of Polish Pediatric Association.

Papers should be sent to the Editor three copies along with a diskette and a confirmation of payment of 50 € into the journal`s bank account: PKO BP I O/£ÓDZ 69 1020 3352 0000 1402 0011 0197. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the contents of the diskette correspond exactly with the printout.

MANUSCRIPT

The manuscript should be typed on one side of paper and organized as follows:

	Page 1: title, full names of all authors; the institution were the paper comes from; address for correspondence (tel., tax, e-mail);
	Page 2: abstract reflecting to the contents and structure of a paper (minimum 150, maximum of 250 words) and 3 to 10 key words;
	Original paper should consist of: introduction, materials and me­thods, results and discussion.
	Tables and figures should not be included in the text nor any blank space left for them. The position of figures and tallies should be marked in the text (eg. tab. 3, fig. 2)
	Each table and figure should be presented on a separate sheet of paper, with the title and names of the authors on each sheet. Photo­graphs should be supplied as black and white glossy prints.
	The paper should include a statement signed by all the authors that the work has not been submitted for publication elsewhere.

REFERENCES

References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text. Their numbers (in parentheses) should follow the citation in the text. Each position should start on a new line. Idents and tabulators should not be used. Journal titles should be abbreviated according to Index Medic us. References should give: initials and name(s) of all authors; title of the article, year, volume, number of the issue, and first and last pages. In the case of books: initials and names of the authors, cited title; "In:", "ed." preceded by the initial and name of the editor in the case where there is no author, title of the book, place and name of the publisher, year, volume, pages (the first and the last).

DISKETTE

Any type of wordprocessor can be used. A clearly labelled 3.5" disc should contain the text stored in two versions - standard data tile format offered by your wordprocessing system and txt (text onlyASCII), as well as separate files with tables and figures together with the name of the wordprocessor used.

	Submitted papers are reviewed by independent reviewers.
	Papers not fulfilling the given requirements will be returned to the authors.
	Essential stylistic changes and shortenings can be introduced wi­thout the authors' consent.
	The author(s) transfer(s) the copyright of his/their article to the Editorial Board of Przegląd Pediatryczny if and when the articIe is accepted for publication.
